Domestic Orders

Free standard shipping on ALL domestic orders. No minimum required! To be eligible for standard free shipping, orders must be placed and shipped within the US all 50 states and US territories including Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping
    USPS First Class Mail Package or UPS Ground will be used for free standard shipping. Normal delivery time for these two services is 3-5 business days from ship date.
  • Priority Mail Shipping
    Priority Mail Shipping orders are delivered within 3 business days from ship date.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® Shipping
    UPS 2nd Day Air® Shipping orders are delivered within 2 business days from ship date.
  • Overnight Shipping
    Orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air® or Priority Mail Express are delivered within 1 business day from ship date.
    Please note: 2nd-day and overnight orders placed by 1 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

    Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes must select standard shipping, Priority or Priority Mail Express.

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
    Orders placed after 1 PM CST Friday, on the weekend, or during the holidays will be shipped the next business day.

    International Orders

    Delivery may take between 7 ~ 30 business days, depending on customs inspection process. All customs duties and tariffs charged by local customs office are at buyer's cost.
    The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Haakaa USA has no control over these charges, nor can Haakaa USA predict what they may be.

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    Email within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a free return label. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our warehouse with 30 days of receipt of the item.
    Please note: items not purchased directly from cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. They should be returned to the purchase location.
    If you contact us more than 14 days of delivery, the following 30-day return policy applies.

    30-Day Return Policy on All Other Products

    All other products can be sent back to us for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be new and unopened.
        1. Email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address.
        2. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of your return package. Please include copy of your packing slip inside your return package. We also recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
        3. Pack the item(s) securely. We recommend to track and insure your return package. Haakaa USA is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
        4. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our warehouse with 45 days of receipt of the item.
        5. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
        6. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.

          Damage, Shortage, Defect

          Any damage, shortages or defect should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Send the complain with photos of the entire exterior of the package, showing the overall condition of the package; the opened package, with the contents and inner packaging in the package being clearly visible; and a detailed photo (close-up) of the actual damage to the item. We will handle the complaint as soon as possible.
